Founder & CEO, One Look Photography
From a curious 4th-grader fascinated by newspaper photographs to building one of South India's fastest-growing photography studios—this is the story of passion, persistence, and the power of believing in your dreams.
“One Look Can Change The World”
The billboard that inspired it all—a phrase that became the foundation of a brand.
The seeds of a dream planted in childhood, nurtured through challenges, and blossomed into a legacy.

In 1999, in a small town in Andhra Pradesh, young Arun would see birthday wishes printed in newspapers every day. A simple question formed in his curious mind: “How do these pictures end up in the paper?”
When his uncle Karana brought home a professional manual camera with a reel and big flash, that question transformed into fascination. The moment he touched that camera, something clicked—not just the shutter, but a lifelong passion.
Years later, a physics class about optical mirrors would cement this passion. Understanding how light travels through lenses and reflects off mirrors to create images was a revelation that opened his eyes to the art and science of photography.
From ₹5 a day to building a multi-crore photography empire.
A young boy in 4th grade sees birthday wishes in newspapers and wonders: How do pictures end up in print? This curiosity leads to his first camera touch—a pure manual reel camera with a big flash, brought home by his uncle.
During a physics class about optical mirrors, a teacher opens up a camera to show its inner workings. That moment of understanding how light, mirrors, and lenses work together ignites a deeper passion for the craft.
After trying various part-time jobs, Arun joins Sreekanth Studio in Chittoor. Starting with just ₹5 per day, he learns the fundamentals of photography and videography from his guru, Rafi. That small coin becomes the foundation of an empire.
Travels to Kerala to learn new photography skills and techniques, broadening his creative vision and technical expertise.
Receives an opportunity to work in Bengaluru, one of India's biggest metropolitan cities, gaining exposure to diverse photography styles and high-profile projects.
Inspired by a billboard reading 'One Look Can Change The World', Arun returns to his hometown Chittoor and launches OLP—One Look Photography. A name that was once just words becomes a brand.
OLP expands to the sacred city of Tirupathi, bringing professional photography services to one of India's most visited pilgrimage destinations.
Opens a full-fledged studio in Bengaluru, establishing OLP as a major player in the competitive metropolitan market.
Expands to Hyderabad, with a growing team of 35+ members and a vision to employ 200 people—knowing each job supports an entire family.

Every success story is measured not just in revenue, but in lives touched and families supported.
Started with just ₹5 daily pay, today OLP generates ₹4 crore annual turnover—proof that passion and persistence can build empires.
Every employee is family. Arun's vision is to reach 200 team members, knowing each job supports 5 family members—that's 1000 lives impacted.
The boy who once dreamed of seeing his photo in a newspaper now drives a Mercedes Benz and owns studios across 4 major cities.
Arun's vision extends far beyond photography. With every team member hired, he sees not just an employee but an entire family being supported. His goal of reaching 200 team members means potentially impacting 1000 lives.
Coming from a humble farming family with three children and limited resources, Arun understands the transformative power of employment. OLP is not just a photography studio—it's a platform for creating opportunities for young people and supporting families across South India.
“Behind 200 employees are 5 members in each family. That's 1000 lives my business can impact positively.”

From a single studio in Chittoor to a presence across South India.
